Shipments: all shipments whether within the U.S. or to other locations are usually made within 3 to 5 business days of payment by buyer. Custom orders take 2 to 3 weeks or more to complete depending on the order prior to shipment. Expedited shipping also requires additional time to prepare and package items properly for safe shipment. ENERGIZING HOLISTIC TOOLS: I use a UNIQUE PROPRIETARY METHOD consisting of a complex set of systems, to energize holistic tools, including talismans, yantras, quartz, and jewelry, and all of my spellcastgems(tm) and spellcaststones(tm) I produce. Energizing is a way of charging a tool or item so as to enable the item to yield positive effects or results for the buyer or intended individual. Buyer should specify whether the item is meant for the buyer or a third party as a gift so that Seller can charge the item for the proper person prior to shipping.

SHIPPING: I COMBINE SHIPPING FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS.

SHIPPING FEES within the U.S.: All fees take into account the weight and size of the item and the shipping box or materials. Fees are for shipping and handling -- first class mail postage, insured, delivery confirmation/(tracking number). You may request EXPRESS or PRIORITY SHIPPING through FEDEX, UPS, OR POSTAL at additional fees. Please contact Seller for express shipping fees for a particular item.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE the U.S.: For European buyers, shipping rates will usually run between 12 and 17 euros per item, depending on the weight of the item, the location, and the method of shipping through postal. I do combine shipping for multiple items -- please send me email for more information. If the Buyer is outside the U.S., and if you have questions about shipping rates for a particular item, please contact me/Seller for shipping rates and details prior to purchase of an item so that I can relist the item with the appropriate shipping fees for you.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES REGARDING SHIPPING: Pursuant to U.S. commercial law, Seller is NOT responsible for damages in shipping due to shipper, postal service, or customs, including international shipments, but I do my very best to ensure that the item(s) purchase by a Buyer are packaged as well as possible. Buyer assumes risks associated with shipping -- Buyer must purchase additional insurance for additional protection of an item - please contact Seller for these fees. Buyer must pay all customs duties, if any apply, for shipments outside of the U.S..

STORE POLICY REGARDING SALES AND RETURNS:

All Sales Final. Items are sold as is. No returns or exchanges. All items are scanned to check workmanship prior to shipment.

If an item should prove to be defective in some manner, although it is unlikely, buyer must notify Seller immediately upon receipt of the item. Seller will provide store credit for an item of equal value after the item is returned by Buyer if Seller deems the item is defective once Seller receives the item, or the item will be repaired and reshipped to Buyer -- Buyer pays all shipping charges.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and it must be returned within 3 days of receipt of item by Buyer. Buyer must notify Seller prior to shipping the item back. Buyer pays shipping costs for the return of the item if the Buyer thinks the item is defective and for shipping fees for any new item which the Seller may provide as a replacement.

Items bought by Buyers for third parties are the responsibility of the Buyer and shall be treated as if the item had been purchased for the Buyer only.

COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS - continued from listing: The seller reserves all intellectual property rights to any custom work created for the buyer by the seller for any and all items purchased by the buyer, and to all custom work and custom design work performed by the seller for the buyer.
