Below are my shop trading policies. Please kindly read them before you proceed with any transaction.

1.Products/Goods Supplied & No Custom Order
a.I provide my own handmade and some supplies goods.
b.I’m sorry, I don’t receive any custom order, whether it comes from supplies or my own handmade.
c.Especially for traditional fabric like Batik, I can not provide ½ yard or Fat quarter cut. It’s not kind of quilt fabric I’m selling here. It’s a fashion purpose fabric.
d.Batik Silk usually 190 cm length and 110-115 width. Please find the details on each listing.

2.Payment & Price
a.I receive Paypal only as payment.
b.The payment currency is US$ only as listed on each product price tag.
US$ payment apply for all buyer (Indonesian & International).

3.Shipping & Shipping Address
a.Please do not forget to write your shipping address if it’s different from your Paypal address.
b.It is recommended to confirm your shipping address by writing it down on the message for seller column.
c.Purchased goods will be posted as soon as I receive the payment. I will send notification message.
d.The shipping will use local (Indonesia) post office service and use registered package/mail type. There is no insurance for this service.
e.There is also DHL service available. It’s more expensive but if you prefer this service, please contact me for shipping rate.
f.For international shipping using registered package/mail, it usually takes 1-2 months to deliver unless there are other cases. 1-2 months is my experience estimated delivery not to the "port" arrival but to the "recipient" arrival. Based on my experience, 2-3 weeks may arrive at the country, but to be received by the recipient will take longer than that.

If you haven’t received your package, please contact me immediately so I can trace your package from here.

4.Non Returnable/Non Refundable
a.I apologize that purchased goods it’s not returnable/refundable. However the goods I provide here are specially handpicked by me.
I don’t sell any broken goods or bad quality ones to my buyer.
The send goods will be packed and sealed as good as possible so it will arrive at intended address safely.
b.I always try to provide photos as clear as possible and make all sides visible so you could imagine what it going to be looked like.
However, if you are not finding the presented photos give you enough information, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
I can provide you with more photos for your convenient.
