Return policy:

Because I offer the opportunity for you to get different views and ask in more depth about the piece you've selected, I do not do returns on the basis of not liking it or changing your mind. I am however, understanding in situations where a gift turns out to be in appropriate. In such a case, please contact me about it.

The conditions for returns:
- Item must be in saleable condition
- I will fully refund the cost of the item within 10 days through Paypal, but shipping both ways remains your responsibility.
-Please use the same care that I have used in packaging the item for shipping

Defective items:

These things do happen. For pieces with natural materials, quality can vary on an item, so please bear this in mind. If there are features that might be considered a defect on a natural material, I will try to state this as clearly as possible in its description.

For shipping, I use the utmost care possible to package your purchase. If Mr. Murphy somehow decided that it wasn't enough and something happened in transit, please contact me about what happened and I will gladly fix it for free or if it's minor and you would prefer to do it yourself, I will instruct you as best I can on how to go about the process.

When ordering, please keep in mind I ship only to the main 50 states in the US and do not include territories. My apologies if this is a bit limiting. I may expand this range to the territories and Canada if there is enough interest.

Pieces are shipped insured through standard USPS, within 1-3 business days. If you are making a purchase with a deadline (ie; a gift), please plan ahead with your order. I will try to accommodate reasonable requests for faster order processing and shipments, but cannot make guarantees on over night shipments.
