Bio

Living and loving Washington, DC, I've finally decided to channel all my creative juices into something I can share with others. I've been sewing since I was little thanks to a mom who taught me, but really fell in love with sewing, fabric, and all the possibilities it holds in college when someone in the work study office decided to assign me to the college cosutme shop (instead of the dining hall like all the other freshman). My eyes were opened to aspects of sewing I didn't know existed, and it became the perfect outlet for my artistic, creative side and my problem-solving nerd side (the side that took 2 years of high school calculus!). As a mom now, I love sewing for my daughter, and for other active little girls as well.
