Liz is a Massage Therapist who asked herself, "How can I help more than one person at a time?"
Listening to the bodies of her clients as well as her own, heatingheart was born.
Her Nana taught her to sew many, many years ago, so her idea was able to take shape and grow.
She uses her heatingheart often and is happy to spread the love!
