ABOUT:

Welcome to Allergy Alert Tags. I'm Kristine, the owner/designer behind Imagine That Art Studio.

I started creating laminated bag tags and selling them here on etsy in the summer of 2007. One of my best selling tags was the peanut allergy tag you see listed here in my shop. Recognizing the large number of children with severe food allergies and other medical conditions, I decided to design a complete line of allergy tags just for kids.

My main website, AllergyAlertTags.com, houses my complete line of alert tags. Custom & bulk orders are always welcomed. Thank you so much for visiting my shop and please feel free to contact me with any questions.

PAYMENT…
I accept PayPal.

I will accept checks for bulk/special orders only - please convo me.

SHIPPING…
All items are shipped first class mail via the USPS. Shipping is FREE to the U.S. and Canada.

For shipping to the UK or Australia, please convo me.

I am happy to ship PRIORITY mail and/or add insurance for an additional charge. Please convo me to request either service.

RETURN/REFUNDS…
I have no formal return/refund policy, as I prefer to handle such cases on an individual basis. Please know that it is very important to me that my clients are 100% happy with the items they purchase. If you receive something you are not satisfied with, please contact me prior to leaving feedback. If something is wrong, I will try my best to make things right.

ERRORS/CORRECTIONS…
Please DOUBLE CHECK all personalized info for accuracy. If an error does occur, here's how it's handled...
● ON MY PART: If an error is made on my part, a correction will be made and the item will be replaced & shipped at no charge.
● ON THE PART OF THE CUSTOMER: If the customer provides incorrect information, a correction will be made and the item will be replaced at the expense of the customer plus shipping charges.

DEPOSITS...
A deposit will be required on larger custom orders. Payment must be made in full before items will ship.

STATE SALES TAX...
Sales tax is collected only on orders sent within the state of Michigan.

The state of Michigan requires that retailers collect 6% sales tax on the full amount of the order INCLUDING shipping and handling.

● How long will it take for my order to be filled?
For small orders (3 items or less) I try my best to make and ship orders within 3-5 business days once payment has been received.

Larger orders will take longer depending on the size of the order and my workload at the time. If you need your items by a certain date I can usually accommodate. Please convo me PRIOR TO PURCHASING just to be sure I can fill your order in time.

● What's the best way to get my personalized information to you?
The best way is to convo/email me or include the info in the "notes to seller" box when you checkout. The information you need to provide is included in each of my listings. You will receive a convo/email back from me confirming the information before I begin making your item(s).
