ABOUT THE ARTIST
I have a passion for bold, unique styles of jewelry and wanted to share this creative side, so I started Timeless Designs to create distinctive custom jewelry. I strive to design quality, high-end jewelry pieces reflecting the unique personalities of my clientele. The extraordinary and beautiful presentation made by combining glass, crystal, natural gemstones, and beads combined with silver, gold, copper or brass wire reflects the personality of the individual wearer.

Each piece is custom and hand crafted using natural stones, swarvoski crystals, pearls and more. I combine the stones with metals such as sterling silver, copper, brass, silver & gold toned and colored wires, stainless steel, pewter and some base metals made in the United States. Some of my inspiration comes from my travels to Mexico, Hawaii, the Carribean and my imagination; while others are motivations from my clients!

PAYMENT METHODS
Timeless Designs accepts payments via PayPal. Payments are due within 3 days of purchase.

ATTENTION TEXAS RESIDENTS: Texas residents are required to pay 8.25% sales tax on all purchases. Sales Tax will automatically be added to your order via Pay Pal.

RETURN POLICY
Please do not return your purchase before contacting Timeless Designs via email within 7 days of purchase. I will only refund the cost of the item (shipping/handling is not refundable). Returned items will be shipped to Timeless Designs at the Buyers expense.

Timeless Designs is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged item(s) during shipping.

SHIPPING POLICY
I ship First Class (when possible) USPS within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. If you prefer another method of shipping, please contact me before payment so that I can send a revised invoice with new shipping method and cost.

Timeless Designs is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged item(s); therefore we highly recommend shipping insurance. If you want to have insurance, please contact me so that I can add it to the invoice.

Shipping & Handling costs include cost to ship, packaging, bubble wrap, boxes, padded envelopes, etc.

Any orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to tax and fees upon the package entering the destination country. Timeless Designs is not responsible for said fees as it is the destination country that applies these fees, not Timeless Designs.
