Hi. I'm Mike (a/k/a/ Crafty Dad). I have a wonderful wife and two terrific sons. I'm the "creative one" in the family and have always loved to make things. You know, Tinker Toys, Legos, Lincoln logs, macrame' pot hangers (wow...are you old enough to remember those?) the whole nine yards. And, to my wife's dismay, the creative gene has been passed on to both boys! So some days it's three against one at our house!

Anyhow, when I learned about etsy.com, I thought it was really cool that there was an online place for just handmade stuff. So...I decided to make some things and put them up for sale. I hope you like them.

I started making baby bibs for the boys. Lots of bibs.

My friends and family members thought they were cool. When my cousins had babies, I made several bibs for them. They were very much appreciated and I would get comments like, "Gee, these are great! You should make a bunch of these and sell them."

So here I am: selling bibs (and other things) on Etsy.com.

I enjoy making new things out of old things: vintage linens (pillow cases, sheets, etc.). Recycling is a good thing.
