Bio

I am a retired art teacher. I live in a small town in Missouri located in the foothills of the beautiful Ozark mountains. I am married and have two grown sons and a small poodle mix dog named Eldon, who is the "fuzzy dog" in Fuzzy Dog Gourd Designs. I LOVE gourds! There is no limit to what can be done with them artistically. I have no particular style. I like to try all kinds of mediums and techniques. I think that by venturing into new areas of creativity, it keeps me interested in what I'm doing and my work fresh. I am currently a member of the American Gourd Society, the Missouri Gourd Society, and a juried member of the Best of Missouri Hands.
