★ Hot tip: To figure out if a cuff will fit you, measure around your wrist with a flexible measuring tape, or use a piece of string and then lay it flat to find its length. This is your wrist size. Compare the number you get with the size the description says the cuff will fit (NOTE: not the length of the cuff!). If your number is smaller, you're good to go. ★
