These images are designed and printed with care. The finest quality materials are used to produce each archival giclee print. Each image is printed on archival acid free fine art paper, with pigment inks.

I have used a combination of techniques to create the soft textures and imperfections in these images, including photography, hand drawing and painting, printing, and photoshop.


PACKAGING

Elfine uses very high quality packaging to ensure the safe arrival of your prints. Each print is wrapped in a cellophane sleeve, and mailed in a very strong, water resistant cardboard envelope. Orders are mailed within 3 days of receiving payment. You will be sent an email confirming when your print will be mailed.

YOUR ADDRESS

Please make sure that the address you list in Etsy matches the address listed in your Paypal account. Elfine takes no responsibility if a parcel is sent to an old address listed in your order. If you need to have a parcel sent to an address different from those listed in Paypal and Etsy please leave a message to seller during checkout.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note that overseas customers are responsible for any Customs fees, duties and tariffs which may be charged in your country at time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for further information about your country's policies. Customs charges are not included in the purchase price and shipping costs of elfine prints. Elfine will not accept returns due to customs charges.

If you would like to upgrade from ordinary airmail to registered mail (with tracking service) please contact elfine during checkout for a revised postage quote.
