Bio

I was born and growing up in Tczew, a small city in the north of Poland. After my high school I began studies at University of Gdansk where last year I became a Master of Political Science…yes that is true I studied something absolutely different than I am interested in.
When I saw my friends hand made earrings I realized that it may be something I want to do…it was about two years ago when I bought my first beads and tools.
Starting from the very beginning by fastening one bead to another I really enjoyed and loved it. Then together with my older sister we made up a name for the shop “Makateria” consisting of our two names Kasia, my name, and Marta…I liked the name very much so I decided to leave it as it is and open my own shop on etsy.
About ten months ago I got married and moved to the country side which I absolutely adore. It’s so quiet here and I have a lot of inspirations which help me to improve my skills. Still a lot to learn but life would be boring without stimulus which make us develop.
