When Items You Saw Listed Disappear: This is because it was A) Sold outside of Etsy or B)Are set to "Inactive" becasue I am doing an event or trunk show - if still unsold will be turned to "Active" again on Etsy.

Wholesale Orders: I gladly accept wholesale orders - however, I have my own guidelines in which I work with due to the nature of my business - please convo me to inquire about my policies.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I can ship worldwide - I will only do so priority mail - this includes Canada - all customs form will be filled out exactly and we do not "Gift" items. If insurance is not available it won't be included. Just convo me and let me know that you are interested in a piece with your shipping info and I can get you a quote. ALL PURCHASES OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES MUST PAY BY PAYPAL - NO PERSONAL CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Payment: We expect immediate payment with all purchases - or payment that is within time of the Etsy guidelines. I am human if there is a reason you need a bit longer, contact me - preferably before purchasing. **Paypal is our preferred choice of payment. **Money orders: we will cash before we send out your package. **Checks: We require a holding period of 7 days for all checks to be cleared before item(s) will be mailed - once check has cleared our account your purchase will be shipped. We reserve the right to re-list the item if payment is not made within the specified timeframe Etsy allows. We WILL leave negative feedback.

Shipping Times: Payment must clear my account before items can be shipped. With Paypal this usually takes 3-4 business days. We don't ship on weekends or holidays. Item will ship within 3 business days of cleared payment. If you need your item quicker - I will work with you to insure that you receive it. Insurance is optional. We are not responsible for your item(s) once shipped. Discounted shipping rates will apply to more than one item purchased. Please wait for an invoice via Paypal before paying if this is the case.

SHIPPING PRICES: ALL ITEMS SHIP FIRST CLASS IF THEY ARE MARKED $2.50 for Shipping and DON'T INCLUDE INSURANCE. I securely package and do my best to ensure the items gets to you safely - It is highly recommended you purchase insurance as I am not responsible for any damage that may occur once the package has left my hands. If the package weight of combined shipping exceeds that of first class terms I will let you know.

0.01 to $50 = $1.65
50.01 to $100 = $2.05
100.01 to $200 = $2.45
200.01 to $300 = $4.60
300.01 to $400 = $5.50
400.01 to $500 = $6.40
500.01 to $600 = $7.30

Custom orders: 50% of the price will be due upon acceptance of a custom order and upon completion before shipping the remainder is due.

Returns: Returns will only be accepted if item is GROSSLY misrepresented, otherwise all sales are final. Item must be returned, within 7 days, in the condition it was received before money can be refunded.

Feedback: I will leave feedback for Buyers usually right after a sale - I don't believe in waiting to receive the Buyer's feedback before leaving mine.
