I have been making jewelry for 20+ years. It all began when I made seed beads earrings. Then I tried some with gemstones and wire wrapping. These were a great success.

I have sold my work in shops, boutiques, and specialized gift and new age stores, as well as online. In my earlier days I also sold at flea markets and art fairs. I was encouraged by the popularity of my work and the return customers I have.

I have been an artist since I could hold a pencil, majored in art history and near eastern art and archeology, in which I have a graduate degree.

I worked for 7 years at the Metropolitan museum and a cataloguer and curatorial assistant until I moved to Iran, where I worked first for the Archaelogical Museum and then for the Empress of Iran.

I lived in Iran for three years and came back just before the revolution. My husband is Iranian and I speak Farsi. I love Iranian art, culture and FOOD! (I'm also a good cook.)

My designs always center around the materials I have chosen. My goal is to highlight the materials and emphasize their shapes and colors.

All of my pieces are one of a kind, as I have far too many ideas to repeat the ones I've done.

My prices range from the very inexpensive to high end. I believe in giving quality and lasting work. I buy the best quality I can afford.
I price my work for its worth and unique design, but I also do price certain items for special sales, so that those who may not choose to buy my higher end items can still purchase something very unique and of very good value.

I also guarantee my workmanship and will repair any item free of charge that is due to faulty workmanship.
