Monica Flowers specializes in home decor, weddings, sweet sixteens, quinceaneras, baptisms, baby showers, and any other special event you can think of! We can create and customize anything you want. Payment:
Currently I am only accepting paypal. Sorry for any inconveniences this may cause.
Texas residents will be charged a 8.25% sales tax.

Shipping:
Items are shipped in 2-3 working days after payment has been received. Orders received on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday or Tuesday. Shipping policy is subject to change. Shipping rates are determined by size and weight of the item. Need your order shipped express? No worries, just convo me and let me know. I will set up a special listing just for you. Monica Flowers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Shipping insurance and delivery confirmation is also available for an extra fee to ensure safe delivery just let me through convo or through "message to buyer".

Refunds and Exchanges:
NO REFUNDS. I do however allow exchanges. Shipping of the exchange item is at the cost of the buyer. The shipping charged will be the same as the shipping cost of the listing. I must be contacted within 3 working days after the item has been received. If I am not notified, the buyer waives the exchange option. After I have been notified, the buyer must return the item with a check or money order with the shipping cost within 4 working days. After the check or money order has cleared the new item will be shipped to the buyer. If the item is not returned, the buyer waives the exchange option.
(Returned item must arrive to us in good condition. No crushed flowers. No missing flowers. If the flowers arrive to us in poor condition or if they smell like smoke, no exchange will be issued.)
