With a not-so-secret passion for all things atmospheric, Kelly has been freelance illustrating for the last seven years. With developed career in children's book illustration, future plans include more work in the character design and animation industry. An alumni of the Rhode Island School of Design, Kelly resides in Massachusetts, USA and sometimes Paris, France.
