Bio

One person’s trash is another person’s bitchin’ tote.

Drive-by Bags are speeding across the country and bringing unique recycled bags to the masses. Hand-made in the United States, Drive-By’s bags are crafted from recycled vinyl billboards.

The company’s founders, Jeff and Gail Greengard, were inspired to start Drive-By after a trip to a small island in Mexico, where local craftsman found innovative ways to reuse advertising banners. On such a small island (five miles long by one mile wide), it was apparent how big of a difference recycling makes. Gail and Jeff returned home with an idea to create an eco-friendly product that was useful and fun.

Each billboard is washed “green” eco-friendly detergents. Then, the vinyl is cut and sorted in the best possible pairings for each bag. Each one has it’s own unique colors and patterns, so customers can select the bag that suits their individuality to a tee.
