Hi there!
I'm Machelle and I love to sew, knit, crochet and have recently started to spin! I enjoy everything crafty and absolutely ADORE making things with my hands! I have a chihuahua called Buca and he's the apple of my eye:)

Chopped Tomatoes is the brainchild of my creativity, a sort of outlet to prevent my head from exploding sometimes! I enjoy design work and I am always getting inspired by the things around me (I carry a notebook anywhere in case I get an awakening!)
I'm somewhat a 'lazy' crafter; I enjoy knitting an crochet yet I detest breaking threads, weaving in ends, and sewing up seams... You will find that most of my designs involve little or no seaming; one piece knits, items worked in the round... you get the idea!

As a serial knitter, I have about 2 dozen projects OTN scattered all over; keeping a journal helps me keep all my sketches and notes organised and in one place - well in one place at least! In theory, with all the project notes in the journal, there would be no random bits of paper with pattern scribbles on them, but I manage to acquire them anyways and stick them into the journal pages afterwards! I have recently began listing some handbound knitting journals in my store; I love the process of making the journals but I can only use so many! I opted to share my creations with everybody so your creative thoughts have a beautiful book to live in!
