Bio

I am a freelance wirter and photographer and recent transplant to the Minneapolis area from Kalamazoo, Michigan (Yes, there really is a Kalamazoo!)

My husband and I have fallen in love with the area and spend most of our free time exploring our new home. My photography reflects the natural and historic beauty of the Twin Cities and our travels.

Recently we have had the opportunity to explore Ft. Snelling State Park in St. Paul, MN, Interstate State Park in Taylor's Falls WI, The Munsinger Clemens Botanical Gardens in St. Cloud, MN and most recently, Copper Falls State Park in Mellen, WI and the surrounding area. It has been such a pleasure to have such rich material for my creative impulses, and I am appreciative of Etsy and the opportunity that it provides to share my experiences with others.

Other than Etsy, my photography can be found in back issues of Kalamazoo Weekly Newspaper, where I worked as a staff writer and had the opportunity to gain experience in photojournalism as well. I have also used my photographs to accomapany my articles on Suite101.com, several stock photography websites and through my website www.comprehensivecommunications.info.
