I believe that fitness can be beautiful, empowering, and fun. These three principles brought me to hooping in January of 2007 and have since led me to become a Certified HoopGirl Instructor. The more I hoop and the more hoops I make, the more I feel connected to the beauty of hoop artwork and the spirit of fun generated by hoop fitness.

I make every hoop fully custom to each individual. Hoop size is actually measured by a person’s height, and I have many colors of industrial grade tape for decoration. A basic hoop has three colors: a base color, a grip color, and an accent color. This simple design can be beautiful on its own, costing only $30. For each additional tape or color, add $5. Hoop artwork can be as simple or as exotic as you feel, and I can custom-order nearly any color—including glitter.
