Hello! My name is Kathy Martin. I'm an artist, musician, composer, and teacher who lives in Las Vegas, NV. I've lived in 10 different states all over the country and have moved to Las Vegas 2 years ago to start a new career as a 3rd grade teacher. In 2 years I plan to switch to teaching middle school band. I can't wait!

I love to create! I paint in acrylics, play saxophone, and compose music.

Here on etsy I offer original paintings in many sizes. The 3D gold leaf process that I use to create my mettalic looking paintings takes seven steps. It has taken me a few years to perfect the process, and I am now having lots of fun with it!

I got into painting when I started collecting Halloween ACEOs (2.5" x 3.5" paintings) a few years back. I still love collecting small, original pieces of art, and I now do many paintings that size.
