I'm a SAHM to a 13-month-old boy and have a little one due on December 20th. I love to read -I especially love a good murder mystery. And I have a passion for drawing and painting. I love to create... whether it's crafts, drawing/painting, sewing, or scrapbooking. Sometimes I will wake up in the middle of the night with some brilliant new idea of something I should make, and I get so excited about it that I just have to write it down and plan it all out in my head -forgetting that I really do need to sleep because I need the energy to keep up with my crazy toddler!

Ever since I married my wonderful husband back in May 2006, it seemed I would have to put my artistic interests aside for awhile. Living in a small apartment did not afford me adequate space and my budget for my hobbies was drastically reduced.
Then along came baby -and I had less time than ever before! Now maternity leave is finished and I'm staying at home... "How can we make some extra cash?" I wondered. And then I stumbled across Etsy! It was like manna from Heaven! Now I can do what I love, and get paid for it too! At least that's the plan.
