*My Vision*
I am a self~taught grass~roots ECO*COUTURIER ~ FASHION DESIGNER using 100% RECYCLED fabrics, fibers, and other oddities to make one~of~a~kind wearable and usable art.

*Tragically Delicious A.wear.ness, an ECO~fashion line (think environmental sustainability and love for MOTHER EARTH) that is fun, FUNKY, and funktional! These items are one~of~a~kind, and HAND CONSTRUCTED out of amazing fabrics that are as UniQue & FUNKY as you dare~to~wear.

*My newest designs are *totally tragick & drop~dead~delicious* dresses, frocks, and skirts,
and an outrageously~original line of tee~shirts too...


*These items are very female friendly in that they accentuate the wonderful characteristics of the feminine form~ I DO NOT CONFORM TO "INDUSTRY MODEL SIZES"! CELEBRATE your CuRvEs!!, healthy and happy is the look we are going for here :) My pieces FLOW freely, with attention to ease of movement. I want you to go hiking in these dresses ~ go dancing ~ go walking .... (move your body,keep your body)...

*I personally test each item for flow, form, and funk-tionality, and put a whOLe lotta LOVING ENERGY into these timeless pieces.

*My tools are recycled as well. As of now, everything is made in my home where I strive to live as eco friendly as possible, and to educate others to the ways of 'The Green' by example. I write a conscious~fashion blog "Sew Fresh & Sew Green, Green" ( for myspace.com/funkyecofashion, and soon, for other sites and a newspaper) to offer ways to become educated and how to act on it, which includes multiple avenues for donating to various organizations.

***I recently quit my job (just days before I 'discovered Etsy!) as a server to live my dream full~time, and to homeschool my son! :D***

To have a sustainable off~the~grid/alternative living and fashion/multi~arts community that produces my wearables (as well as other art), and supports indigenous artist in various locations around the world.

To build a foundation that contributes a healthy portion of the sales by this eco fashion line to give to various Earth organizations that need help, to EDUCATE people on their DAILY CHOICES, and offer SOLUTIONS to ENVIRONMENTAL DESTRUCTION, and other topics.

To travel the World educating others and having eco fashion/multi~media shows/fundraisers, for Alternative Energy efforts, and other important issues/topics, including humanitarian efforts.

To SAVE as many millions of acres of FOREST that I possibly can.

To reduce, reuse and recycle fabric I am setting an example for other fashion designers, industry leaders, and perhaps most importantly~ the consumer, to support Alternative Energy efforts by not contributing to the electric, water, gas, petro, and pollution problems all the while cutting back on waste and the energy it uses also.
