Bio

Stephanie Freese is a comics illustrator and painter. Past illustration projects include Chocolypse Now, The Dada Detective (both at www.likelystories.com), and a short story in Disney’s Haunted Mansion series.

Although most of her illustration work has been digital, Stephanie recently re-discovered watercolors and water-soluble oil paints and is excited get back into painting. Her favorite subject is the human form, specifically portraits, dance images, and fashion illustration. She's now expanding to include cats.

Stephanie’s artist/illustrator heroes include Charles Vess, Carla Speed McNeil, Edward Gorey, and John Singer Sargent. She lives in Raleigh with her husband and a very spoiled Siamese cat.
