Bio

Pamela Fleming has been sculpting in porcelain since 1992. She has exhibited in numerous art shows in the state of Texas, and has sold to galleries, stores, gift shops and individuals throughout the U.S. She currently lives in Longwood, Florida, with her family and 2 dogs , 2 cats, several fish and a bird .

Pamela Fleming’s creations are individually hand sculptured in Porcelain clay. The colors are achieved by working chemical stains into the porcelain using a technique called nerikomi. The porcelain figures are high fired in a kiln to 2400 degrees. Hand glazed and re-fired to a fine porcelain china. 14k gold is then applied to some of the artwork.

Just for fun.... I love my dogs, and do obedience training twice a week with my border collie, who hates it and my Siberian Husky who loves it, whatever....we go boating, the husky loves it, border collie hates it,... and we play ball, border collie loves it, Husky hates it...silly dogs...their favorite activity is torturing the cats...the cats love torturing the bird and fish.. and life goes on...
