The Person

My designs are definitely a labour of love, each one is individually designed and then carefully, meticulously created. Every piece has its own story of how it came to be. I’ve always been driven to create, my designs are never far from my mind to the point that I can’t get rid of a single bead or a scrap of metal “just in case” I need it later. My inspirations are hard to explain because I find inspiration in so many places, people and things and sometimes there seems to be a stampede of ideas in my head. At other times I stare at heaps of beads, metal and pliers and nothing happens!!

TenJewel was created to feature my exclusive jewelry. It’s about original, elegant and beautiful design, exceptional raw material, craftsmanship you can stand by and no compromises. TenJewel runs either one of a kind or few of a kind pieces but never mass produces anything. TenJewel features only the highest quality, hard to find gems and supports Thai Hill Tribesmen by working with their fair trade approved silver.

THE TERMS:

Shipping:
Items are shipped within 2 workings days. Shipping to addresses within Ireland or Northern Ireland costs $2. International shipping costs $8.00 and items are shipped by standard airmail. If you would like to have your items shipped by registered airmail or courier post, please contact me for a quote before you order. You can also check postage costs by visiting http://postage.anpost.ie/transit.asp and enter your country, select 0.05kg and "packet” to calculate postage costs. If you choose registered or courier post, please let me know under 'Message to Seller' when you checkout and please wait for a revised invoice before paying. Proof of shipping in the form of a Certificate of Postage is always available.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your order, you can claim a refund. Items can be returned if they were damaged on receipt, different than what you had mind or simply something that you do not like. If you wish to return something you must notify me of your intention to return the item within 7 days of receipt and I must actually receive the item within 30 days. If items are returned for reasons other than damage or defect, the cost of return postage will be the buyers responsibility. I will only allow refunds on items actually received by me.
