Bio

Jennifer Borges Foster is a poet, bookmaker, and the editor of Filter Literary Journal. She is the recent recipient of Art Patch, 4Culture, and Seattle Mayor’s Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs grants, and was short listed for The Stranger’s 2007 Genius Award in Literature. Her encaustic erasure paintings were shown at Simon Fraser University Gallery’s erasure exhibition Less is More in November 2008. Her poems have appeared or are forthcoming in The Beloit Poetry Journal, Prairie Schooner, ZYZZYVA, and other journals.
