The Sisters Studio
Agnes Francey was our grandmother and Esther McIsaac our mother. Both were born and grew up in Scotland the past century, when neither grace nor style were required or desired by the working class. Their spirit of quiet determination and independence went hand in hand with their romantic nature and classic elegance. Using the simple abundance around them and turning something plain into something of beauty and function. The inspiration for our business. As sisters that enjoy each other’s company as we wile away our hours spent together, family memories are potent reminders of our past growing up just after WWII in Scotland. Our creations are clean, simple, sophisticated, and elegant hand made originals. They reflect an emphasis on quality and beauty, valuable lessons passed down through the generations from our mother and grandmother. Welcome to our world.
