<::Postage::> I will ship on the same or next business day (Saturdays a.m. included) after payment is recieved via An Post(1-4 days domestic; 5-10 days international depending on location).

<::Custom Items::> I love custom items. If there is anything you see in my shop but would like different colours or yarn or whatever just let me know and I'll organise a quote.

<::Payment Methods:::> I do accept money orders and cheques but would prefer payal. If you would like to pay by money order or cheque, these will have to be made out in Euro only. On check-out mark the 'other' box in the payment methods section, then contact me and I will issue you a new invoice in Euro using that day's exchange rate as laid out on http://www.xe.com.

<::Return Customers::> 10% discounts for all return customers. If you are a return customer please put RETURN in the 'note to seller' section of the ETSY (not paypal) part of the checkout process. Don't pay straightaway as I will then issue you a new invoice. This isn't a once off- use it every time you come back to knittygritty!

<::Returns::> If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way I will issue you a full refund on return, provided the item is returned within 28 days of purchase. Sadly I cannot refund any shipping costs. All refunds will be made via paypal.
