I believe that good health is one of life's key pleasures, and perhaps the biggest part of achieving and maintaining health is enjoying a healthy diet.
I love creating healthy food that is delicious and pleasurable to eat. Do you have a hard time getting your children to eat fresh fruit and vegetables? Or your significant other? I think I can help. :)
My original recipes are delicious, simple, take minutes to prepare, and all utilize fresh fruit and vegetables. They are low-fat, low-sodium, and are prepared without strong seasonings, oils, refined sweeteners or chemical additives. They are all vegetarian and vegan friendly.
I began my journey towards health by shifting my diet in 2001 due to food allergies, cutting out processed foods and common food allergens. In 2003 I switched to and even healthier path- a diet high in fresh, whole, ripe and raw fruits and vegetables, and low in fat. I dropped 30 pounds and overcame candida, chronic pain and digestive disorders.
I enjoy helping others achieve vibrant health through my raw food preparation classes and fitness instruction. My recipes have been published in Living Nutrition and Vibrance Magazines. Visit
