Bio

"It is impossible to overdo luxury." -French proverb

My interest in modern design grew during my time as a graphic design student in Eugene, Oregon. Fueled by studying typography and art history, I began to see design everywhere. I started implementing these influences into my own jewelry designs, selling directly to a variety of people and retailers. As of late my involvement in modeling has given me a new found love of fashion design, which integrates wonderfully with my educational background. I have begun to rework my jewelry and accessory designs to reflect these new influences and am excited to share these pieces with fashion lovers everywhere.

I've been creating jewelry and home decor designs with record vinyl since 2002 (and other media my entire life). What you see now is an amalgamation of the time since--some of which has been time spent experiencing life in wonderful Portland, Oregon. I've also happened to fall in love a few times along the way... maybe that has an impact, too.

My biggest style influences are music, architecture, and CSS (yes, I do mean Cascading Stylesheets!). Music tells a story, invokes an emotion, and colours the air with its sound. Modern architecture adheres to the basics of engineering and structural design yet unites people in many different ways. And CSS? When well written it is structured, easy to understand from an outsider's perspective, and allows for infinite variation. These are some of the aspects of what I try to capture in my designs.

Oh, and when I'm not crafting or researching fashion, I'm usually watching action movies or anime, playing video games, modeling for pinup or cosplay shoots, or lusting after really neat eyeglass frames.
