Bio

I have been involved in beads in one way or another since 1985, when I started making jewellery. I sold the jewellery at craft fairs, then at a craft unit in a country park on the outskirts of Sheffield.

I started selling beads because I got so many requests from customers, and it grew from one wooden bead tray to a shopful at Hunters Bar in Sheffield. As the business grew I had less and less time to make jewellery.

I have just made the change from a bricks and mortar shop to selling online at www.jencel.co.uk Who knows, I may have time to make jewellery again. Right now, I'm working on a range of kits to sell through my website.
