My beautiful niece, baby Mya Blackwell, was diagnosed with Stage IV Neuroblastoma cancer when she was 9 months old.

"Neuroblastoma is the most common extracranial solid cancer in childhood and the most common cancer in infancy, with an annual incidence of about 650 new cases per year in the US." quoted from Wikipedia.

Childhood cancers are one of the least funded cancers. Please consider donating to Children's Hospital or St Judes when CFC comes around again.

Mya's immune system is weak from chemotherapy. She is fortunate that she can go home but she is not able to leave the house with the exception of her doctor appts. Therefore, her visitors are also limited. Sadly, I am not able to visit since I have young children of my own and we all know kids have cooties.

I really want to help. So I thought- why not help alleviate some of the financial stress for Mya and her family and raise awareness to children cancers... by doing what i love - MAKING JEWELRY!
