PotterB's Profile

Bio

I learned to throw in 2001 at a great studio called ClayWays. I took a brief hiatus from 2005-2007, when moving from Austin to Washington DC via Boston. In DC, I throw at Eastern Market Pottery. The wonderful people there do all the glaze mixing and firing, and I wouldn't be able to do this without them. Pottery is purely a hobby for me, but given the tiny condo in DC, we have run out of space to store pieces, hence the move to sell my extras on etsy. I am also a knitter and fledgling spinner, and have been fiddling with pottery tools for the knitter and spinner.
