Hi! My name is Candy and I am a 47 year old mother of 3 beautiful daughters and 1 spectacular granddaughter. I am a native to the Austin, Tx area and until about a month ago I was out in the work force. Nothing made me happy. I got tired of working with grumpy people and decided I needed to make a change in my life that would allow me to do what I want while not only making myself happy, but others happy too. I have always loved craft making ever since I first learned how to crochet in the 5th grade. I have always loved to paint and decorate as it allows me to use my imagination. I love going to craft shows and the last show I attended here in my home town of Austin, Tx was the MAKER FAIRE. That is when I decided that I wanted to be connected with people that also shared the same passion as me. I was given information at the show about etsy.com and that is how it came to be that I started showing my work and selling to others to enjoy. I look forward to not only selling to those interested in what I create, but also buying from other etsy artisans. I love upbeat, positive people, and that is what brought me to etsy. I look forward to meeting new people and traveling to different locations to do craft shows.
