Bio

Art is a long road with something new to learn around every corner.

I have always wanted to be an artist. Most of my childhood was spent on a farm/game farm where I had numerous animals of every kind to study and draw. This was heaven for me and sparked my love of the outdoors and animals that has lasted a lifetime. Because of it I am driven to recreate the beauty of nature and living things and to tell a story through my paintings. I am especially fond of dogs and the bonds we share with them and so you will find most of my art about them.

I live in the state of Washington on the confluence of the Clearwater and Snake Rivers with my husband, Brian, and my Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Maggie. In minutes we can be in the mountains or on the river and enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities.
