Bio

squareware is currently my full-time occupation, in addition to drinking tea and petting my cat.

After completing a bachelor's in political science + environmental studies, I began to rediscover my artistic/creative side. I went on to complete a 2 year diploma in applied communications, where I learned how to make documentary films, create websites, and talk on the radio.

I became interested in glass fusing when my fiance purchased a kiln for himself. I quickly began to hog it, and escaped my cubicle job to pursue glass fusing full-time. It's a very exciting process to open the lid and see what melting my pieces at 1450 degrees farenheit has accomplished.

I like to use bold, bright colours in my work. I continue to develop new designs all the time. My work is currently carried in a number of stores and galleries across Canada.

I love animals, and I'm dedicated to not using any animal products in my jewellery. I'm also a proud member of the EtsyVeg team.
