Welcome to my shop! I’m glad you stopped by!

I began over 35 years ago with garment sewing for myself. While raising our 4 children, I expanded my knowledge and skills to develop a small business for children’s boutique clothing. This line consisted of smocked, French Hand sewn Christening outfits, nursery décor and one-of-a-kind baby accessories. My favorite fabrics to use for these projects were imported, Irish linen and hand woven lace for embellishing.

Branching out into the interior design venue, I began designing and sewing items that were showcased in spec homes for a local custom builder, a local tea room, 2 local gift shops, and local holiday crafter’s shows. After a personal consultation, customers were able to choose from the following: custom pillows, table runners, throw blankets, table cloths, shower curtains, window treatments and small-piece slipcovers.

After working full time for 2 years in an interior design shop in Tampa Bay, FL, I decided to bring that knowledge, training, and resources back to my home studio to launch my own line of custom designed bags. These one-of-a-kind bags are created from select lines of high-end fabrics such as: light-weight tapestries, quilted Dupioni silks, imported velvets, and drapery-weight linens that you won’t find in the chain stores. Whether you have a need for a small, clutch purse or a lunch bag, a shoulder bag or a weekender tote, my unique designs cover a wide range of styles and sizes.
