Hello, my name is Catherine. I'm thirteen years old. Here is a little about my jewelry career so far.

I started making jewelry around Christmas 2007. Since then I have greatly improved and developed my skills. Looking back on some of my pieces I can see how much I've learned and how I continue to learn. There is always a new technique out there, and I plan on continuing to learn them for as long as I continue making jewelry.

I sell my jewelry at craft shows in my area. I also do one on one selling with friends and family.

I started selling my jewelry when I found out I couldn't afford to continue buying supplies, plus my house was over flowing with jewelry. I started with a local craft show that didn't cost me a penny if I brought my own table and didn't rent one from them, and that is exactly what I did. It was a risk free trial to see what others outside of my family thought about my jewelry. That show went wonderfully and I did another one a few months later. I put a little more planning into that one because it had a booth price. That show went even better than the first, and at the urging of my customers I started up my store here on etsy about four months ago.

My products are always unique and special. I never recreate the same piece twice. It won't be like that piece of jewelry you bought a Macy's or some other chain store. Anyone can buy that jewelry. Only one person can buy each piece of my jewelry.
