Bio

I have been sewing for as long as I can remember. My mom and grandma taught me the basics and then I took a year of lessons when I was nine. I have been learning on my own since then.

My oldest sister Cristin was nicknamed pego (derived from Winnipeg) one summer at a camp. She was the first recipient of a one of my purses, as well as my frequent crafting partner. She was killed in a car accident in 2003, and my sewing endeavour is named to honour and remember her.
