BIO:

Having grown up in Santa Fe, NM in the late 60s and 70s, I must say I took art for granted. After sticking my head in the sand for a few decades doing the working/family/insanity thing, I got off the roller coaster, went back to school to study art, obviously not to make big money, but for that love of art that had been buried in my soul the whole time.

My education was interrupted by health issues. I have late stage breast cancer, but ... as a dear friend from Texas says, "I'm gonna live til I ain't!" and I'm Loving every day!

Anyway, here I am. I am not a mass production machine, but I do love art.

My jewelry does not necessarily fit into any particular style, as it depends on my mood and abilities at the time I am working on it. Everything is crafted from sterling or fine silver at this time, which could change in the future.

Hammering is great when I am agitated, cutting with a blade or soldering is good for when I am feeling a little more sure and steady, and filing and sanding is great for lazy contemplative evenings, or the middle of the night, when I can't make much noise :)
