Bio

I am the mother of a 3 yo little girl with a disablity. Ayla requires full assistance with mobility and communicates with her eyes and her smile, copes very well with her 3 hours per day of therapy. I started Craft 4 a Cause to raise the funds needed to pay for a full-time teacher aide so that Ayla could attend the Steiner school where she has been going to Playgroup since birth.

I couldn't think of a more enjoyable way to 'attempt' to raise the money needed for her schooling.

I am also in the process, with my husband, of creating a charitable foundation called Ayla's Rainbow Foundation so that we can pay for Ayla's medical costs, equipment, house and car modifications and schooling, as well as help out other children/families in similar situations. Will keep you posted on our progress!
