POLICIES
PAYMENT:
(i) As Etsy is based in the United States, all prices listed are in American dollars. Please make payments in this currency as all other currencies will not be accepted.
(ii) PayPal payment is preferred, unless you have contacted me about other methods of payment and I have approved them.
GIFT ORDERS:
If you purchase an item as a gift, personalized gift cards and giftwrapping will be available to you at no extra charge.
SHIPPING:
(i) When you purchase an item from my shop, I endeavour to ship the item to you within two business days of receiving payment.
(ii) All jewelry items will be sent by regular Canadian Light Packet Service, unless otherwise requested by the buyer. These items usually take between 3-5 business days to reach a Canadian destination, and between 5-15 business days to the US. All other destinations vary. Please contact me for details.
(iii) All non-jewelry items will be sent by the parcel mail. The delivery time for these items vary.
(iv) All items will be shipped in waterproof and bubble-wrapped packaging.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
(i) If you are in anyway dissatisfied with your items, please contact me first using the "contact seller" link on the right hand border on the main shop page. I will always return emails within 1 day.
(ii)There is a high level of quality control for all items before shipment. Since care is taken pre-sale, designs are handmade, and created in a small quantity, there is a very limited returns/exchange policy: refunds or returns due to breakage or in the case of seller error (such as wrong shipment) can be obtained upon production of photographs of the item before and after the package has been opened. If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, exchanges for another similar item may be possible, depending on the stock available. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping fees in the cases of an exchange.
FEEDBACK:
Etsy allows both buyers and sellers to leave feedback on a transaction. Feedback is optional and always appreciated. Feedback helps both parties create a solid history, allowing other members to feel more secure when considering a purchase or sale.

I make sure to leave feedback for all customers. In an effort to provide satisfactory service, I don't consider the transaction complete until any outstanding issues have been resolved for the customer. For this reason, I prefer to leave feedback after the order has been received. However, I don't withhold feedback, wait until a buyer has submitted first, nor submit retaliatory feedback.
