Bio

I am a mixed media artist and photographer living in North Carolina.
I have been involved with photography and collage since childhood and these are the art forms that I enjoy most. I enjoy altering everything around me. I love everything vintage and enjoy breathing new life into forgotten images and objects.
My artwork has been published in many magazines including Somerset Studio and ARTitude Zine.
My photographs of country living and rural life and landscape have won multiple photographic contests and awards.
I am a past (Jan '07) Featured Artist on ARTchixstudio.com and my artwork is featured in the April 2007 release of Allyson Bright Meyer's The Complete Idiot's Guide to Altered Art Illustrated!
I have an article in the summer 2007 issue of ARTitude Zine on ATC necklaces.
I love to share my art with the world and believe that art should be accessible to everyone-art can change lives and open doors-and everyone should be able to experience that feeling.
