Nikki Sedacca
Playing in fields of creativity since she was a child, Nikki Sedacca is a designer of innate grace, fascinated by the shapes, textures, colors and beauty of the world around her. A sense of wonder and delight in the unusual and the unexpected infuses her hands-on creativity and inspires her new brand, Sedacca The Art of Jewelry.

Thanks to her mother, Nikki was exposed early on to the timeless imagination of fine art as well as the exquisite proportions and elegance of high fashion. The ingenuity that characterizes her spectacular 18-karat gold, fine pearl and gemstone creations was evident when, at eight years old, she began braiding necklaces and bracelets out of vibrantly colored telephone wire - and, as a budding entrepreneur, sold them to friends and neighbors.

Today, her Nikki Signature Collections and The EastWest Studio Collection reflect the gamut of her tastes - from classical to cutting edge, pre-Columbian to Asian. Among specific artistic influences, she mentions the sculptures of Giacometti, the Calder mobiles, the colors and whimsy of Matisse and the glorious freeness of deKooning. Her more recent travels to the Far East have inspired new visions and a growing body of work in a style quite different to her signature wirework, but every bit as spectacular.

Nikki Sedacca lives her passion. From her first venture through her years of success as designer of The Nikki Feldbaum Collection, she has never stopped creating or expanding. Together with an intuitive understanding of bodyforms, her extraordinary eye, lightning hands, free spirit and boundless energy have combined to make her a master of her art - The Art of Jewelry.
