SHIPPING:: I always try my best to have your order mailed to you in 7-10 business days (US), once a design is completed for a custom order, and when payment has been fully made. Minipops are almost always made to order, unless I have it in stock in my studio. Same goes for my plush dolls... Outside the US, orders sometimes can take up to 2-4 weeks or more... depending on your country. US orders always come with a tracking number through usps, if the post office cooperates. If for some reason something happens, be sure and contact me and I'll do my best to see what's up, or totally replace the item, or refund your money if the package becomes lost. And PLEASE tell me if the address you have listed under your PayPal account differs from the address you have listed here on etsy. Please specify your preferred mailing address! If no preference is given, I'll use the etsy address by default.

FEEDBACK::
Please contact me if you have a question about your order, either by convo or email. I ALWAYS answer all responses within 24 to 48 hours! If you don't hear from me then possibly I didn't get your email and try to resend. If you have any problems with your order or anything, let me know first before you place feedback. I want you to be happy!! If you are going to be late with payment, going out of town and can't pay until you return, you are sick, etc... I am flexible with payment and if you have some sort of problem and have to wait that's fine, just let me know what's up.

BANNER - GRAPHIC ORDERS:: Please note that I cannot make banners/graphic design logos and business card designs before you place your order... even if you want to "look" and see what it will look like. Once you place your order, then I will get started on your graphics. I hope you understand this policy as it takes me time designing banners. For example, if I made something and the buyer decides to use someone else, or wants to go a totally different route, I'm stuck with that banner or design, and it basically wastes my time... so please place your order first. I can always make revisions (up to 5 per order) or completely refund your money if you aren't happy!

PAYMENT::
- Under Etsy's policy, payments must be made for your items within a 3-5 days of purchase, otherwise I will report the transaction to etsy to try and get my money back for the listing. (If you are having trouble paying within that time, email me and let me know :) I understand under certain circumstances!

About me:

I've been making art ever since I could remember. Art was always my favorite class in school, from elementary up until college. I majored in art at USC (Univ. of South Carolina) with a BFA degree in Art Studio, majoring in Ceramics in 1995. I'm no longer able to make ceramic art, though I miss the medium, so now I paint my funky characters on canvas, paper or anything else I can get my hands on in my bright green studio. People always ask me, where do you come up with your ideas? Ideas come to me sometimes in my dreams... inspiration comes from daily life things, remembering things from my childhood, watching cartoons, playing with toys, and being a big kid at heart!

"Tickles Goldfish" is my signature character that I started drawing in 1998. He's based on a real goldfish that I owned for 2 years named Tickles. I decided to make a character after him and also my dog, that has since passed, Brantley Boo... Tickles started a bunch of other characters that live in "Poptoonville". The name "Poptoon" is a combination of my love for Pop Art and Cartoons... Tickles' girlfriend is Baby Dumpling, and there's other characters such as Toby Mushroom and Pippy Longdog.

The "Minipop" series of paintings, are on canvases that are 6"x6" up to 12"x12" inches. Those started around 1998 when buyers wanted smaller paintings. At the time, I was only making larger paintings, so minipops came from the love of "Pop Art" and small paintings.

Sometimes I'll skip an evening for dinner sometimes, to finish what I'm working on! Obsessed much? I also usually stay up late at nights making graphics on my computer or doing other crafty things at my desk, or drawing until my hand cramps up, or pass out from smelling too many paint fumes in my bright lime green studio in the evenings.

I have always loved art since I was a child, though when I had my 7 year old birthday party on the Mister Knozit show on tv, I told him I wanted to be "Wonder Woman". I still don't feel "grown up" but instead of being Wonder Woman, I became the next best thing, an artist.

I started doing graphic design in college and worked in a graphic design studio at USC for a year, then started doing it on my own for people since 1998.
