Bio

I have a degree in Elementary Education and my main job is teaching classes for Catholic Homeschoolers over the Internet, but I also like making things.
I used to make miniatures for a work-at-home company, about 10 years ago. I did that for a few years and then stopped, but I still like making miniatures, especially out of wood.
I learned to make chain Rosaries from Our Lady's Rosary-Makers about 20 years ago.
I have a very old gold-plating kit, that I got from Edmund Scientific a long time ago, but it still works and I like to use it for gold-plating the centers and crucifixes on Rosaries.
I spend a lot of time at the computer with my education business, so making things by hand is a nice break from that!
