I really like to work with fabric! My grandmother taught me to sew on a treadle sewing machine and my mother owned a fabric store which I thought that I loathed, BUT I really like fabric! We made a corporate move 63 years ago and I decided that I did not want to go back to work because it was my last years of having a child at home and I wanted to enjoy her! The lamps came first - I saw a wine bottle fashioned into a tea light candle lamp and decided that they would be a whole lot more fun as an electric lamp and things just grew from there. When I started incorporating novelty and artistic fabrics on the lamp shades I realized how much I really like fabric. All of our designs are original and we let the fabrics and bottles decide what they want to be. Some of our stuff if CUTE and some VERY ARTSY. The ideas never stop and we will do custom work! Let us play with fabric and create something UNIQUE for you!!
