My name is Katherine Brown, and I am fighting my own personal battle with stage 4 cancer (Brain Cancer Glioblastoma Multiforme IV.) I was diagnosed March 30th and had my operation on March 31st, 2009. I am recovering as well as can be! I am a full-time mixed-media artist and single-mom residing in San Antonio, Texas with my 8 year old twins. My work has been internationally collected and exhibited. I am a TOTAL found object~assemblage fanatic... obsessed with creating art of any kind!
Also, I am also a member of 'San Antonio Craft Mafia'.
