Bio

My name's John Murphy and I'm an artist. I've been making soft sculptures since 2003.

I wrote Stupid Sock Creatures, (Lark Books, 2005). I was a contributing writer and designer in Plush O Rama (Linda Kopp, Lark books) and Invasion of the Plush Monsters (Veronika Gunter, Lark Books). I've been featured in Green Design (Buzz Poole, Mark Batty Publisher), Dot Dot Dash (Gestalten Books), and Revelation and the Stupid Creatures (Mark Batty Publisher).
